Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

if you are unable to keep your appointment, please do so prior to the 48 hour cancellation window as we do charge the full amount for missed appointments and late cancellations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Parking is available in the Ellis O’Farrell Garage, directly across the street from our 71 Ellis Street entrance.

MUNI/BART stop is Powell Street.

Please change your Time Zone setting in your My Account (patient portal landing page) to Hawaii Standard Time (HST) to ensure accurate appointment times on my calendar.

Access the Time Zone setting button at the very bottom of the left-hand side column, on your My Account page.

Parking is available on site - in two parking lots - one on the makai and the other on the mauka side of the building.
